What the process looks like
Share the manuscript and target
Send the draft, your target journals if any, and the author guidelines.
Readiness review
A specialist assesses clarity, structure, reporting and fit with candidate journals.
Guidance and editing
Feedback, language editing and formatting to the journal's instructions, as scoped.
You submit
You decide where to submit and you submit as the author. We can support revision after reviews.
Every project is scoped before pricing. You receive the proposed scope, deliverables, timeline and fee before work begins.
What you receive
- Feedback on structure, clarity and presentation of your findings
- Scientific language editing with visible changes
- A shortlist of journal options with reasoning about scope and audience
- Formatting and reference checks against author guidelines
- Point-by-point guidance for responding to reviewers
What we do not do
- Promise or imply that a manuscript will be accepted
- Sell authorship or add authors who did not contribute
- Fabricate data, references or peer-review reports
- Submit on your behalf under a false identity

Frequently asked questions
Do you guarantee publication?
No. No ethical academic consultancy can guarantee journal acceptance. We can help improve the clarity, methodology, presentation and submission readiness of your work.
How do I know a journal is legitimate?
Check the journal's own policies, editorial board, indexing claims in the relevant database, and publisher membership of recognised bodies such as COPE. We can walk you through these checks and raise warning signs.
Can you help me respond to peer reviewers?
Yes. We can help you structure a point-by-point response, separate what to accept from what to rebut politely with evidence, and check that every comment is addressed. The scientific responses remain yours.
